Dr. Webb served in the U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps for over 30 years, holding leadership roles as an industrial/organizational psychologist, personnel scientist, and communication strategy specialist at both national and international levels.
He earned a BA from Morehouse College, MS from University of Massachusetts–Amherst, and an MBA from National University. He later received a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, specializing in organizational audits, development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
